UK orders will usually take 1 - 2 working days to be dispatched, however due to high demand this may be subject to delay. Orders may be dispatched the same day if purchased before 12pm. If made after this time it will be dispatched the next day.
We dispatch Monday to Friday - bank holidays excluded. All UK letterbox deliveries are made by Royal Mail 2nd class, and all other delivery are made using Yodel Xpress or DPD.

All orders should take 2 - 5 working days from dispatch, unless a next day delivery method is chosen. In this case, delivery will be next working day for all orders placed before 12pm, or it may be the following day.
Letterbox Delivery - These boxes fit through most UK letterboxes. This option is only applicable for a maximum of 6 x 85g bars or mini bars (no gift sets or other items are valid for this delivery method). If you do select Letterbox Delivery for the incorrect items, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
*If your order is over £40 in value you will receive a free bar. This is given in the form of a deduction of the price of an 85g bar (£2.95) from your order - ensure you have at least 1 x 85g bar in your order for this to be applied. Please note, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
SUMMER TIME DELIVERY
During the summer we reserve the right to delay shipment if the weather is circa 25 degrees over a 2-3 day period to ensure your items arrive in the best possible condition.
Should there not be someone in to accept delivery during working hours, or if Royal Mail or other postal services considers that your order will not fit through the letterbox, a card will be left informing the recipient that they have tried to deliver. They will request that the recipient contacts their local sorting office to arrange collection or to re-deliver at a suitable date.
We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local Royal Mail sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.
Please note that all letterbox deliveries use Royal Mail 2nd Class which allows us to track if a delivery is made or attempted. We cannot replace products where Royal Mail has confirmed a delivery.
Customers in Europe and Rest of the World: Orders up to 2kg (gross weight) are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For, and shipping costs are calculated accordingly.
Due to the Covid-19 situation and Brexit we have had to temporarily stop shipping outside the UK. Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to get your order shipped elsewhere and we can assist you that way. We hope to be able to do full international shipping again very soon!
Orders to the USA and Canada are charged £25 for postage and to Europe £20.
In the rare case that there is an issue with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either arrange for a replacement product to be sent out to you, or issue you with a refund in 3 - 5 working days. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges other than in the case of damaged or faulty goods.
