Super simple Salted Peanut Truffles, a little piece of chocolate indulgence (& vegan friendly too!) Thanks to Chanelle @apinchofbella for the recipe.
- 6 pitted medjool dates
- 4 tablespoons of runny peanut butter.
- Cornish Sea Salt Dark Chocolate, melted.
- Freeze dried raspberries and pistachio nuts for decoration (optional)
- Blend the dates and peanut butter together
- Roll into balls, and cover with melted dark chocolate
- Decorate as desired
- Set in the fridge
