Salted Peanut Truffles

Super simple Salted Peanut Truffles, a little piece of chocolate indulgence (& vegan friendly too!) Thanks to Chanelle @apinchofbella for the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 4 tablespoons of runny peanut butter.
  • Cornish Sea Salt Dark Chocolate, melted.
  • Freeze dried raspberries and pistachio nuts for decoration (optional)
METHOD:
  • Blend the dates and peanut butter together
  • Roll into balls, and cover with melted dark chocolate
  • Decorate as desired
  • Set in the fridge
